To celebrate World Teachers Day, which was yesterday, Ekiti state governor Ayo Fayose gave out cars to the best in the state. An excited blogger said in pidgin:
“Oga Fayose this economic recession no dey affect you.Over here where I dey our governor dey struggle to pay teachers na em you wan give cars to two teachers.The teachers in my state fit get appointment for your state?Today in Ekiti, TWO TEACHERS will go home with these brand new KIA RIO.
“That’s the way Gov Fayose rewards the teachers annually.
Happy Teachers’ Day.”
