Brightest Young Minds 2016 Summit is ready.
Brightest Young Minds (BYM) is a 15 year old non-profit company that exists to create a positive social impact. We do that in three ways.
The BYM magic happens when we bring our identified young leaders
together. We host an annual summit where these young leaders come
together to think about and act on solving social and environmental
challenges.
Beyond the summit, our alumni have the opportunity to connect with and learn from each other through intra-network mentorship.

We look for go-getters between 20 and 32 who are African or living in
an African country. Most importantly, those we identify have
demonstrated their commitment to positive social change through their
actions.
Each year we choose 100 new innovative young people to join the network.

MOBILIZE
At BYM we realize inspiration needs wheels to make an impact. We’re
working on an incubation fund to provide our alumni with the funding and
support to make their life-changing ideas flourish.
The incubation fund will also implement viable ideas that come out of the summit challenge phase.
