KWARAPOLY ND Admission Requirements (Part-Time) .

1. Applicants for admission into Week-end National Diploma (ND) programmes will be required to have a minimum of five O/L Credits in relevant subjects at SSCE, GCE, NECO and NABTEB at not more than two sittings.
2. Credit Passes in Mathematics and English Language are compulsory for all Applicants seeking admission into any programme in the Polytechnic. In addition, the other three subjects must be relevant to the Course of Choice.

Applications for admission will be done fully online. To apply online for ND(PART-TIME), , log on to https://kwarapoly.waeup.org/applicants and follow the instructions there.

KWARAPOLY HND Available Programmes (Full-Time and Part-Time) .

KWARAPOLY HND Admission Requirements (Full-Time and Part-Time) .

Applicants for admission into the HND programmes will be required to have the following qualifications:
1. National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in the relevant field and five relevant O/L credit passes at WASC, GCE, NECO and NABTEB at not more than two sittings. These credit passes must include English Language and Mathematics.
2. Evidence of one year post-ND Cognate experience (i.e. Industrial Training)
3. Applicants with Pass Grade in the ND will be required to have at least two years Post-National Diploma industrial experience.
4. Applicants for Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology (Post-Harvest Technology option) are required to have at least a Lower Credit grade at National Diploma (ND) programme in any of the following:
i. Agricultural and Bio-Environmental Engineering Technology
ii. Agricultural Technology
iii. Food Science Technology
iv. Agricultural Engineering Technology

5. Applicants for Metallurgical Engineering Technology are expected to be graduates of National Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering Technology only.
6. Applicants for Mining Engineering Technology are expected to be graduates of National Diploma in Mineral Resources or Mining Engineering Technology only.
7. Holders of ND Computer Engineering are not admissible into HND Electrical / Electronics Engineering Technology and HND Computer Science Programmes.
8.Candidates will not be admitted into HND programmes different from those they had in their ND programmes.
9. It is mandatory for HND Regular Applicants to fill the JAMB Registration Numbers used for their ND Programmes. Only Applicants with ND JAMB Registration Numbers will be considered for admission.

The management of the Kwara State Polytechnic invites all candidates who have applied for admission into the Institution for the 2015/2016 academic session to register for the post UTME screening exercise.

Candidates Eligible for Kwara Poly Post UTME.

Candidates must have made Kwara State Polytechnic their first or second choice and scored a minimum of 150 marks in the 2015 UTME.

How to Register for Kwara State Polytechnic Post UTME.

All Applicants are to visit Kwara Poly website www.kwarastatepolytechnic.edu.ng to register for the Pre-Admission Screening Exercise. Registration for the Screening commences on Monday, 3rd August, 2015 and ends on Thursday, 20th August, 2015. The Screening Exercise, which will be by Computer Based Test (CBT), shall be conducted ONLINE commencing from Monday, 24th August and will end on Sunday 30th August, 2015 at 11:59pm.
N.B
(i) Any applicant who attempt to register for the screening test without making the Polytechnic either first or second choice does so at his or her own risk.
(ii) The Portal closes on 20th August, 2015 (at 11:59pm) and no further payment or registration can be done after that date.
(iii) THE TEST WILL HOLD ONLINE. CANDIDATES WILL BE ALERTED THROUGH SMS ON THE DATES FOR THEIR TESTS.
