IMT HND Admission Entry Requirements.

Applicants for HND admission must possess a minimum of 2.50 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in their respective ND programmes. Those who made less than 2.50 CGPA can only be considered for admission if they verifiably spent a minimum of two years on industrial attachment.

How to Apply for IMT HND Admission.

 a) Interested candidates  should visit www.imt.edu.ng and click on ONLINE PORTAL  and  Apply at top right-hand corner of IMT website
 b) Fill the application form .
 c) Candidates must cross-check the data supplied on the summary page of the form to ensure accuracy before submission.
 d) Select Interswitch as the payment option and generate invoice which contains a remita number.
Then,  print-out  your invoice . This print-out  will enable you to make your payment at the bank.
 e) Proceed to any bank  and pay application fee of N5000 through Interswitch platform under  Enugu State IGR Payment.
  f).After the payment in the bank , return to the portal www.imt.edu.ng and  print the application form.

 h) All applications must be filled and submitted online on or before Friday, 18th September ,2017 as the window for application  closes on that day.

Candidates That are Eligible for IMT Post UTME.

Applicants should commence registration immediately using the following procedure:
i. Visit www.imt.edu.ng and click on ONLINE PORTAL. Then click on APPLY at top-right hand corner of the website.
ii. Fill the application form.

CANDIDATES THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR IMT POST UTME.

The Institute of Management and technology (IMT), Enugu hereby invites eligible candidates who selected IMT Enugu as their institution of first choice in the 2016 UTME and scored 180 marks and above, to send their application details for this year’s screening exercise.

HOW TO APPLY FOR IMT POST UTME.

Online registration for screening will commence on July 25, 2016 and close on August 31, 2016. Only candidates who registered for the exercise will be screened.
To apply:
(i) Purchase an electronic PIN at the cost of two thousand, five hundred Naira only (N2,500) from any of the following banks.
  • Zenith Bank Plc – Trans Ekulu, Enugu
  •  Fidelity Bank – Ogui Road, Enugu

1.    HND Urban and Regional Planning
2.    HND Architectural Technology 
Applications are therefore hereby invited from interested and qualified candidates into these programmes. Applicants must have made a minimum CGPA of 2.50 at the ND level or must have spent a minimum of two years on Industrial Training with a lower CGPA. Application pins can be purchased at the cost of five thousand Naira (N5,000) only from the Banks listed in (Ai) above.

IMT school fees payment procedure
This is to inform all the fresh and stale students of the Institute of Management of Technology (IMT), Enugu that the management of the institution has released registration and school fees payment procedures for the 2015/2016 academic session.

IMT School Fees Payment & Registration Procedure.

Upon successful payment of your fees (Full Installment Payment/Part Installment Payment/Hostel Fees) at the collecting banks, a payment Receipt containing the amount paid, a RECEIPT number and a TRANSACTION REFERENCE number will be issued to you. Sign into your student account (http://portal.imt.edu.ng) following the steps below:
  1. Full Time ND1 Level 1 Students (JAMB/UTME): Login using your JAMB/UTME Reg. Number as was published in the admission list.
  2. Full Time ND1 Level 1 Students (Prelim to ND1): Login using your Prelim (PRE-ND) Reg. Number as was published in the admission list.
  3. ND/HND Level 2 Student (Continuing Students): Login using the Registration number in your Level 1 School Fees Receipt Printout.
  4. PRE-ND/PART TIME/POLY AIR Level 1 Students (Newly Admitted): Login using your application number as was published in the admission list.
  5. Full Time HND Level 1 Student: Login using your ND Registration number as was published in the admission list.
  6. The default password is “password” (excluding the quotes).
  7. You will be required to change your password the first time you log in with the default password above.
  8. You are advised upon first login to go to the My Home > My User Profile menu link and update your email. This is where a new password will be sent in case you forget or lose your password.
  9. Pay all fees by clicking the My Home > My Fees top menu link. This will shortlist all the fees you are due to pay.
  10. Select the Fees and click on pay.
  11. Enter your payment details for the selected fee in the spaces provided and click on Make Payment.
  12. Print all your fee receipts by clicking the My Home > My Fee History link at the top menu.

1. Accreditation of candidates for the exercise commences at 9.00 am everyday;
2. Candidates should arrive at the venue with:

  • HB Pencil and eraser
  • Photocopies of JAMB slip showing their photographs and
  • JAMB online result, two (2) copies each.
  • Only bonafide candidates will be allowed into the halls, cell phones will not be allowed;
  • Parents, guardians and friends are strongly advised to keep away from the venues of the screening.
