Federal University Dutse Post UTME/DE Screening Form – 2017/18 | How to Apply

Federal University Dutse, FUD post UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise application form for the 2017/2018 academic session is out. FUD post UTME minimum cut-off mark minimum cut-off mark  is 160.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to the Federal University Dutse (FUD) Post UTME/Direct Entry screening exercise for the 2017/2018 academic session.

FUD Post UTME/DE Screening Eligibility & Cut-off Marks.

UTME Candidates must have chosen Federal University Dutse as First Choice and scored not less than the approved 160 UTME minimum Cut Off point for the various programmes of the University. Candidates are to please note that the separate programmes of the University have their respective Cut Off points.   
The Federal University Dutse 2017/2018 Institutional cut off point, and that of programmes in the three Faculties of Agriculture, Arts and Social Sciences, and Sciences are presented below.

Direct Entry (DE) Candidates must have at least Lower Credit at National Diploma and a minimum of nine (9) points at NCE and eight (8) points at IJMB.

How to Apply for Federal University Dutse Post UTME/DE Screening.

Qualified candidates should log into the Screening Portal – http://screening.fud.edu.ng, and comply with the procedure for the Online Screening and payments as follows:    
  • Enter your UTME/DE Number
  • Update your Date of Birth, Email, Phone Number, State/Local Government of Origin.
  • Generate Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
  • Use the RRR Number to Pay N2,000 Screening fee and N500 Bank charges using any acceptable Debit Card (Master, Visa, Verve etc), or pay at any Commercial Bank nationwide, including FUD Microfinance Bank.
  • You should verify your payment using the Verify Button.
  • You should then update your WAEC/NECO/NABTEB results (not more than two sittings), as well as A’Level results.
  • You should then scan and upload genuine and authentic copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/A Level results and recent PASSPORT Photograph.
  • Print Acknowledgment slip.
NOTE:
  • Candidates should bear in mind that uploading or providing any false or misleading credentials or information will result to outright disqualification.
  • Candidates that paid the mandatory fee directly through the Commercial Banks might have to wait for maximum of 24 hours for clarifications before proceding to the next step of the Online Screening.  
  • Candidates are strongly advised to avoid paying money or any form of gratification whatsoever to individuals or group for the purpose of the Screening or securing admissions.
  • The Screening exercise is strictly Online and candidates should not be at the University premises for any reason even after printing their Acknowlegement slips.     
ONLINE SCREENING DEADLINE
The Online Screening Portal would be opened as from 12:00 Midnight on Wednesday, 13th September, 2017 and close at Midnight of Friday, 22nd September, 2017.
A comprehensive list of candidates who successfully accomplished the online screening procedures will be published in the University Screening Portal – http://screening.fud.edu.ng.
Candidates who fail to comply with the stipulated guidelines and procedure for the Online Screening would be disqualified!

Federal University Dutse Admission acceptance fee payment
This is to inform all the candidates offered provisional admission into the Federal University, Dutse (FUD) various first degree programmes for the 2016/2017 academic session that the management of the institution has released the amount they will pay as admission acceptance fee and the registration details.

 FEDERAL UNIVERSITY DUTSE ACCEPTANCE FEE PAYMENT & REGISTRATION PROCEDURE.

  • Check your Federal University Dutse Admission Status with your Jamb Registration Number
  • Generate Invoice for Acceptance fee (N5,000.)
  • Generate your RRR Number for  Remita to make payment Online or any Branch
  • Verify your payment to
  • Print out a copy of Admission letter
  • Present evidence of payment, a copy of Admission letter, credential, clearance form to collect the Original Copy at your department
  • Revisit the portal and log in with Jamb Registration Number and surname to Generate Central registration fee Invoice (School Fees)
  • Generate Remita  and  Proceed to Make payment
  • Verify you payment using invoice number if successful
  • An Auto Generated Registration Number  will be assigned to you
  • log in  with your Registration Number  and surname to
  • Update your profile and make sure passport size photograph and all relevant information are provided, if successful proceed to
  • Course registration and make sure all core and GST courses are registered, and do not exceed the maximum credit units for both First and Second Semesters.
  • Then, print out the Course registration Form in duplicate together with copy your credentials and proceed to the Faculty/Department.
  • After the clearance and registration at the Department,
  • Complete the forms and return same to the Examinations and Records Office for endorsement with duly signed and stamped departmental course registration form, clearance, evidence of payments, Health Information Form and Copy of credential
  • Make sure you submit the copy to Student Affairs Unit, the Library and the University Clinic for other registration formalities.

The Federal University Dutse (FUD) admission list for the 2016/2017 academic session has been released. Candidates that participated in the university screening exercise can now check their admission status online.

CHECK FEDERAL UNIVERSITY DUTSE ADMISSION LIST.

  1. Go to Federal University Dutse admission status checking portal @http://fud.edu.ng/myportal/,
  2. Locate the CHECK ADMISSION tab on the page and click on it,
  3. Enter your JAMB registration number in the required column,
  4. Finally, click ‘CHECK’ to access your admission status.

Federal University Dutse Holds First Convocation

The Federal University, Dutse (FUD) will hold its maiden convocation ceremony on January 16, 2016, according to a press statement signed by the Registrar of the institution, Alhaji Yusuf Adamu, on Thursday.
The statement explained that 71 graduands from faculties of Arts and Social Sciences, and Sciences would participate in the convocation for the first set of students admitted in 2012.

Federal University Dutse Holds First Convocation

It added that the Aku Uka of Wukari, Dr Shekarau Angyu, would be officially installed as the Chancellor of the university during the event.
It also said that deserved eminent personalities across the country would be awarded of honorary degrees.
According to the statement, the Vice Chancellor of the university, Prof. Jibrilla Amin would hold a pre-convocation media briefing.

Federal University Dutsin-Ma Post UTME/DE Form – 2015/16

Federal University, Dutsin-Ma, FUDMA post UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise application form for the 2015/2016 academic session is out. FUDMA post UTME minimum cut-off mark is 180.

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admissions into the 2015/2016 Academic Session in the undergraduate programmes of the Federal University, Dutsin-Ma, FUDMA.

Candidates Eligible for Federal University, Dutsin-Ma Post UTME.

Only candidates who sat for 2015/2016 session Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and have scored a minimum of 180 marks in the examination, and Direct Entry candidates who chose Federal University, Dutsin-Ma as their first choice institution are eligible to take part in the Post UTME Screening/interactive session.

FUDMA Post UTME Method of Application.

    1. Applicants are required to go online and fill their personal details on our portalhttp://portal.fudutsinma.edu.ng/admissions.
    2. After filling your personal details, print the form that bears your Transaction ID which you will provide during payment.
    3. Use any of the payment methods below to pay a non-refundable fee of Two thousand five hundred Naira (N2, 500) onlyN2, 000 for Post- UTME Test and N500 for result and admission notification in favour of Federal University Dutsin-Ma (This is exclusive of the bank charges).
      Three Payment options are available for candidates to choose from in order to make payments from anywhere within the country (each option attracts a bank charge of N300.00).
      1. Cash Payment at Designated Banks
      2. ATM payment at ATM Machines Across the Country
      3. WEB on the Quickteller platform.

Note that you will be required to present a printout bearing your Transaction ID at the bank.
After Payment has been received from you, a Payment Slip will be issued to you from the bank
      1. For ATM; Visit any ATM machine with your ATM card and do the following:
        1. select Quickteller from the ATM menu
        2. select pay bills
        3. Fill in the Transaction ID generated from the our portal when you are requested to enter the Customer ID
        4. Fill in 65101 when you are requested to enter the Payment Code
        5. Enter your GSM Number and complete the transaction.
        6. After successfully completing the payment, return to the portal to login and print out your payment slip
    1. For Web; Visit the Quickteller website to complete your transaction.
      1. visit www.quickteller.com/fudmapay
      2. insert your transaction ID
      3. insert your email and mobile number and click “continue”
      4. follow the instructions on the screen to complete your payment
      5. Print out the payment confirmation slip
      6. Return to the portal and printout a payment confirmation slip
  1. Applicants should return to the portal and print their POST-UTME Payment Confirmation Slip.
  2. Your computer printout of the online registration from the University website will contain date, time and venue of your Post-UTME screening test which is personal to you.
  3. The test is going to be computer based test (CBT) therefore candidates are advised to visit this link http://putmetest.fudutsinma.edu.ng to have hands on experience on the post UTME CBT software. Login with your JAMB number and putme as password.

Federal University Dutsin-Ma Post UTME Screening Date, Details.

The screening exercise commences on Thursday, 31st July to Saturday 2nd August, 2014. Applicants are expected to come along with the following on the Screening exercise date:
i) The Printout of the online Registration Form filled from the University Portal.
ii) Bank Payment Slip as evidence of payment.
iii) A coloured Printout of original JAMB result slip ( the coloured result slip that contains your passport photograph on it)
Applicants Should Note:
1) The Post-UTME screening test is Computer-Based Testing.
2) The use of Electronic calculators, GSM phones, CDMA and other electronic devices are not allowed into the screening exercise hall.
3) Candidates without the Filled Online Form, coloured printout of the Jamb result with passport photograph and Bank Payment Slip will not be allowed to participate in the screening exercise.
4) Bank draft and cash payment will not be accepted.

Federal University, Dutsin-Ma Post UTME Application Form Closing Date

  1. The screening exercise commences on Tuesday, 4th August to Thursday 6th August, 2015.
  2. Applicants are expected to come along with the following on the Screening exercise date:
    1. The Printout of the online Registration Form filled from the University Portal.
    2. Bank Payment Slip as evidence of payment.
    3. A coloured Printout of original JAMB result slip ( the coloured result slip that contains your passport photograph on it)
  3. The Post-UTME screening is going to be computer based test (CBT) and interactive session therefore candidates are advised to visit this link http://putmetest.fudutsinma.edu.ng to have hands on experience on the post-UTME CBT software. Login with your JAMB number andputme as password.
  4. The use of Electronic calculators, GSM phones, CDMA and other electronic devices are not allowed into the screening exercise hall.
NOTE: Candidates without (ii) a, b, and c above will not be allowed to participate in the screening exercise.
Direct Entry (DE)
  1. The screening exercise commences on Tuesday, 18th August to Wednesday 19th August, 2015.
  2. Applicants are expected to come along with the following on the Screening exercise date:
    1. The Printout of the online Registration Form filled from the University Portal.
    2. Bank Payment Slip as evidence of payment.
    3. A Printout of JAMB registration/acknowledgement slip.
  3. Direct Entry (DE) candidates will NOT be required to take the computer based test (CBT) as they will only take part in an interactive session.
  4. The use of Electronic calculators, GSM phones, CDMA and other electronic devices are not allowed into the screening exercise hall.
NOTE: Candidates without (ii) a, b, and c above will not be allowed to participate in the screening exercise.
Applicants Should Note:
  1. Bank draft and cash payment will not be accepted.
  2. Registration for UTME candidates will commence on Thursday 23rd July, 2015
  3. Registration for DE candidates commences on Monday 3rd August, 2015.
  4. Bags will not be allowed on campus beyond the security check point.
*Registration closes on Tuesday, 4th August 2015 by 12:00 midnight for UTME candidates and Tuesday, 18th August 2015 by 12:00 midnight for DE candidates.*
