Benue State University, Makurdi Shut Down Over 'No School Fees No Exam'
Report reaching us has confirmed that Management of the Benue State University has shut down the University to save guide the properties of the institution.
This action has come as a result of the 'No School Fees No Exam' momentum place on her students. At the time of this report the school management has instruct all students in the hostels to vacate the premises before evening.
Meeting one of the students we gather that; some students who have not pay their school fees as a result of financial challenges of their guardians/ parents who happens to be workers in the state capital and the current trend of salary not being pay by the government.
Others joking said on their social media that "the snake that swallow JAMB money has swallow their school fees".
