An Electrical Engineering scholarship at Cardiff University – UK, is offering full tuition fee + annual stipend PhD studentship in electrical engineering for all students from any country commencing study in October 2016.

The studentship will cover full tuition fee at Home / EU or overseas rate, and provide annual stipend. Studentship is available for the duration of your study: 3 years. Applicants must hold a first class degree or a good 2:1 and/or an appropriate Master’s level qualification (or equivalent). International students whose first language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).

Level of Education

Studentship available for PhD degree only.

Subjects or Fields of Study

Studentship available only for PhD in Electrical Engineering: Rapid Identification of Broadband and Efficient PA Modes.

Amount of Scholarships

Successful candidate will receive full tuition fee and annual stipend for living expenses.

Duration of Scholarships

Scholarships are available for the duration of your study: 3 years.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the scholarships, applicants must meet all the eligibility criteria below:

• Applicants are welcome from any country: UK, EU, and overseas.
• Applicants must meet all the entry requirements for PhD program at Cardiff University.
• Applicants must meet English language entry requirement (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent).
• Applicants must have a very good first degree (a first class degree or a good 2:1 and/or an appropriate Master’s level qualification or equivalent).
• Scholarships only available for new students. Current students are not eligible to apply.

Number of Scholarships Available

Only 1 (one) studentship available for this program.

Nationality

Scholarships available for all students from any country. There is no restriction on nationality.

Selection Criteria

Applicants will be assessed based on academic achievements and qualifications, relevant experience, CV, etc.
