DELSU Post UTME/DE Form, Cut-Off Mark – 2015/16

Delta State University, DELSU post UTME screening exercise application form for the 2015/2016 academic session is now on sale. DELSU minimum cut-off mark is 180.

Authorities of  Delta State University (DELSU) have announced the sales of their 2015/2016 academic session post UTME screening exercise application form. UTME candidates that wish to participate inDELSU post UTME screening exercise must have scored 180 and above and must have choose the institution as their first choice of institution in the 2015 JAMB UTME.

Delta State University, Abraka have issued a warning to all persons seeking admission into the University, to be wary of SCAMMERS who pose as admission agent of Delsu to scam unsuspecting admission-seekers as they are calculated to deceive and defraud/scam them. BE WARNED!!!

Before you Apply for DELSU Post UTME, Please Note:       candidates who fill an application form with state of origin different from that with which the candidate applied to JAMB will be disqualified.

How to Apply for DELSU Post UTME.

You are expected to generate a reference code for this online application, then proceed to the bank to make payment. After which you will come back and complete your online application on the portal

Prospective candidates are to go tohttp://delsuonline.com/Universal/WebForms/Applicant/VPinApplicant.aspx to generate a virtual PIN with N3,000.00 (three thousand naira only) which will cover the screening fee and result checking. Payment should be made to any of the following banks:Unity Bank, Ecobank, UBA, Zenith Bank, Fidelity Bank, Guarantee Trust Bank (GTB). Ensure that Jamb Registration No. and Names are correctly entered. Errors will not be entertained.

Procedures for Generating DELSU Post UTME Virtual PIN

•  Go to http://delsuonline.com/Universal/WebForms/Applicant/VPinApplicant.aspx
• For fresh application, click on Start
• Tick select box in the front of Application Type option
• Click on apply
• Tick whether you are Post UTME applicant or Direct Entry applicant
• Click continue
• Complete the form with valid JAMB Registration Number
• Submit the form and generate PIN
• Print out the PIN generated
• Visit any of the specified banks for payment.

Other Important Information In Respect to DELSU Post UTME

(a) Candidates should, with the PIN for payment access and complete the Delta State University, Abraka 2015 POST-UTME Screening form online at http://www.delsuonline.com with their recent coloured passport sized photograph scanned to the JPEG format and not more than 20kb in size.

(b) Candidates are advised to use the virtual PIN immediately after payment, as it will be invalid after six (6) hours after its generation.

(c) Candidates are advised to read the instructions on the front page of the website before completing the form.

(d) Candidates must confirm the JAMB registration number at the point of application, as there will be no result for wrong JAMB registration numbers. The University will not be held responsible for wrong JAMB registration number entered and other errors made by any applicant at the point of application. Your application will not be successful if you enter a Local Government/State of original different from the one indicated on your JAMB registration form.

(e) Candidates must enter a valid mobile phone number and e-mail address with which the University will communicate with candidates on venue.

(f) Candidates should visit www.delsu.edu.ng to print venue of examination a day after closure of application form.

(g) Candidates are expected to identify their venue and seat number before the scheduled date of examination.

(h) Candidates are required to come to the screening venue with the following:

i. A copy of print-out of venue and seat number

ii. A copy of the Print-out of completed on-line confirmation of application.

iii. UTME Result Slip

iv. Two recent passport-sized coloured photographs with the full names of candidate and signature on the reversed side of the photograph.

v. Four Figure Table (where applicable)

vi. Biro, 2B or 4B Pencil and Eraser

DELSU Post UTME Screening Details and Important Dates.

SCREENING DATE & DETAILS: Screening will commence on 19th August, 2015 at 8.00am. The venue for the examination will be at sites II and III.

The Post UTME shall be by Computer Based Test (CBT)

SUBJECT FOR SCREENING: Candidates will be screened for knowledge in the relevant UME subjects for their chosen course of study.

Parents, Guardians and well wishers will not be allowed to stay around the venue of the screening exercise. Any person caught impersonating will be handed over to the police and the candidate impersonated will automatically be disqualified.

CLOSING DATE: Application website closes at 6.00p.m. on Friday 14th August, 2015
