This is to inform the general public especially 2017 UTME candidates who applied for admission into Kaduna Polytechnic for National Diploma and B. Tech (Ed) in affiliation with Federal University of Technology, Minna 100 level and Direct Entry that Kaduna Polytechnic will conduct its Post UTME screening exercise. The details are as follows:

Kaduna Polytechnic Post UTME Eligibility.

Candidates who applied for National Diploma (ND) and B. Tech (Ed) Programmes in the 2017 JAMB admission and chose Kaduna Polytechnic as FIRST or SECOND CHOICE with UTME score of 100 and above (for ND programmes) and a minimum of 120 for B. Tech (Ed).

How to Apply for Kaduna Polytechnic Post UTME.

Applicants are to pay Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) only for the Post UTME screening and Five Hundred Naira (N500) only for bank Charges at Kadpoly Microfinance Bank Ltd. Kaduna or any branch of the following correspondent Commercial Banks. The Account Names and numbers are as follows:

Following the release of Kaduna Polytechnic Admission List for the 2016/2017 academic session, the management of the institution released the guideline for Payment of Acceptance and Registration fees.
Please NOTE: You do NOT need to be in the School to do this. All these Processes can be done from any where online. 

KADUNA POLYTECHNIC REGISTRATION PROCEDURE.

  1. You are expected to generate a reference code to accept your admission offer…Click Here to Generate Acceptance Remita Reference Code (RRR)
  2. Make your payment through any of the methods indicated.
  3. Return back to the Portal and validate your payment and Print your Acceptance Slip.
  4. Wait for 24 hours then goto Academics Affairs Division to collect your Admission Letter.
  5. Print your Admission Letter here and read it thorougly…Click Here to Print your Admission Letter
  6. Proceed to your department for clearance and obtain your Matric Number and login Code (Password) which will enable you to log on into your portal.

This is to inform the general public especially 2016 UTME candidates who applied for admission into Kaduna Polytechnic for Nation Diploma and B. Tech (Ed) in affiliation with Federal University of Technology, Minna 100 level and Direct Entry that Kaduna Polytechnic will conduct its Post UTME screening exercise. The details are as follows:
The Post UTME screening is open to ONLY’ candidates who chose Kaduna Polytechnic as their 1st‘ Choice of Institution and scored 180 and above in the 2016 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for National Diploma and B. Tech (Ed) 100 Level as well as Direct Entry Programmes.

KADUNA POLYTECHNIC POST UTME SCREENING METHOD OF APPLICATION.

  1. Eligible candidates are to pay a fee of N2, 500.00 using the Kcmitn Website (www.remita.net) in the following procedure:
  2. Click “ pay a Federal Government Agency” link:
  3. Enter “Federal Kaduna Polytechnic” as name of the MDA;
  4. Select the sen ice type (Post UTME Screening);
  5. Submit (after filling in the remaining information. Note that candidates are to write the name of their department in the row for description of payment) to generate a Kemita Retrieval Reference (RRR), unique payment reference for your transaction, which should be presented at any payment channel;
  6. Select your preferred payment channel to make payment. The payment channels are:
    • Any branch of a commercial Bank nationwide;
    • Debit/credit card (Master Card, Verve, Visa);
    • Internet banking site;
    • Digital Wallet/Mobile Money;
  7. Remita Profile (for registered remita users) and
  8. Present evidence of payment at the Bursary Department, Central Administration, Tudun Wada Campus for an official receipt to be issued.
Payment starts from Wednesday, 10th -Monday 22nd August, 2016
SCREENING DATE:
The screening exercise is to hold on 23rd August, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Candidates are to report at the departments offering their proposed programmes of study with the following items:

KADUNA POLYTECHNIC ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS.

1. Higher National Diploma.
Hera are the HND requirements for kaduna polytechnic admission 2016/2017
  • ND Certificate of Kaduna Polytechnic or other Government approved Polytechnic,in the same course.
  • Evidence of one year Industrial Training
2. National Diploma(ND) II (Direct)
Candidates with Polytechnic Diploma, University Diploma, IJMB, First Degree or National Diploma may be considered for Direct Admission into appropriate National Diploma Programmes.
3. National Diploma
Candidates for the Kaduna polytechnic admission 2016/2017 should possess 5 Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics and in any other three relevant subjects at GCE ‘O’ Level, WASC, NECO & NABTEB at not more than two sittings.
4. Pre-NCE
candidates for the kaduna Polytechnic admission 2016/2017 into  Pre-NCE
  • Pre NCE (Technical)
    SSC/NTC with at least three credits and two passes in not more than two sittings. The credits must include English Language and Physics and any other Science subject or TCII with credits/merits in the said subjects.
  • Pre NCE (Special Needs)
    SSC/NTC/NBC with at least three credits and two passes in not more than two sittings. The credits must include English Language and any two from History, Government, Biology, Chemistry or Agricultural Science or TCII with credits/merits in the said subjects.
  • Transition to NCE
    At the end of the two semesters, students are to proceed to the respective NCE programmes provided they obtained a CGPA of 1.50 and scored the minimum Cut Off Point at the JAMB UTME. They are however, exempted from Post UTME.

HOW TO APPLY FOR KADUNA POLYTECHNIC ADMISSION .

Candidates are to log unto Kaduna Polytechnic School Portal on http//www.kadunapolytechnic.edu.ng and apply online. Amount payable including bank charges is N7,000.00 only.
Application should be made not LATER THAN 31ST August, 2016 when the portal for admission shall be closed.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY). Eligible candidates must participate in the Kaduna Polytechnic post UTME screening exercise for the 2015/2016 academic session to qualify for admission.
Only candidates that made KADPOLY their first/second/third choice of institution in the last UTME and must have scored 150 and above are eligible.
Eligible candidates are to note that ability to read and click or move the mouse on the computer are the only requirements for the screening.

Kaduna Polytechnic Method of Application.

1) Candidates are to visit Kaduna Polytechnic website: www.kadunapolytechnic.edu.ng ,
2) Under APPLICANT click on “POST UTME 2015 APPLICATION”  and complete the basic online application.
3) Candidates should print the preliminary application slip and proceed to the bank for payment.
 4) Applicants are to pay Two Thousand five hundred Naira (N2,500) only for the Post UTME  screening at any of the following designated banks using the e-tranzact platform:
